JW Fulfillment has signed a 346,858-SF industrial lease at 2020 Acquisitions’ newly constructed 300 Cedar Lane in Edison, New Jersey. The international logistics and fulfillment company is headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
Dig Deeper: Sitting on a 50-acre lot, the distribution facility features extensive warehouse space totaling over 699,000 SF, REW noted. The building has 40’ ceilings, 123 loading docks, 161 trailer spots, and 389 car spaces. It’s located 12 miles from Staten Island and an hour’s drive from Philadelphia.
