Atlas Capital Group, Invesco, and Partners Group have secured a $300 million loan from Credit Suisse to refinance their office building at 30-30 47th Avenue in Long Island City, CO first reported. The loft style, 10-story building spans 1.1 million square feet, and boasts large floor sizes of around 150,000 SF.
