Silverstein Properties has secured a $171 million, five-year loan from JP Morgan Chase to refinance 529 Fifth Avenue, CO first reported. The Midtown office tower spans 283,000 square feet, and sits between 43rd and 44th Streets.
- Dig Deeper: Silverstein undertook a $20 million revamp of the property in June after its anchor tenant, accounting firm Citrin Cooperman (130,000 SF), announced it would be leaving in September 2021.
