Malls in New York City will be allowed to reopen today with a 50 percent occupancy limit. No indoor dining or unnecessary congregation will be permitted. Casinos across the state can begin operating as well at 25% occupancy.

City Council Speaker Corey Johnson (mayoral candidate) said last week that it’s time to reopen indoor seating at restaurants as the summer comes to a close and owners prepare for the colder months. New Jersey Governor Murphy allowed indoor dining to begin last Friday at 25% capacity.
