The Naftali Group has closed on its acquisition of a development site at 470 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg from Abraham Rosenberg for just over $102 million. The developer secured acquisition financing from HSBC.
- Worth Noting: Miki Naftali went into contract to buy the site last year for about $180 million, but only finalized a portion of the purchase this week. He intends to close on the remainder of the site at a later date, the Real Deal reported.
- In other deal news over the weekend: A partnership between Brookfield and Waterman Interests has taken over the Lever House at 390 Park Avenue from Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs’ RFR Holding. Rosen told TRD: “sold our interest and kept a minority interest in the new venture.” [TRD]
