Cases are now being reported in the press with office building addresses:

  • WeWork has temporarily closed the offices of its Meetup business at 12 East 49th Street after an employee tested positive. The company was closing the third floor of the building, which Meetup occupies, and the 18th floor common space, while it sanitizes the areas where the employee was present. This follows WeWork closing its 575 Lexington Avenue location last week after a tenant tested positive –– the office reopened Monday. (TRD)
  • Three workers have tested positive for the virus at three separate SL Green Realty office towers. Immediately following the news, the landlord conducted localized cleaning, and a full floor decontamination. All tenant accessible areas of the building were also remediated. (TRD)
  • An employee at Brookfield’s U.S. headquarters at 250 Vesey Street has tested positive for the coronavirus. (Bloomberg)
  • A stock trader at Barclays’s office at 745 Seventh Avenue also tested positive. (NYPost)
