Mendel and Eugene Mendelowitz’s Acuity Capital Partners have secured a $324 million loan from KeyBank and Paul Vanderslice’s CCRE to refinance their 28-property New York City multifamily portfolio.
Financing details: The new seven-year, fixed-rate loan will shortly be placed in a single-asset, single-borrower CMBS deal, and retires previous financing on the portfolio, CO noted.
Portfolio details: Half of the units are subject to rent-stabilized, with the other being market-rate. Addresses of some of the Manhattan properties include: 201 West 92nd Street, 200 West 93rd Street, and 78 Riverside Drive in Manhattan. The lone Brooklyn property is located at 480 Humboldt Street in East Williamsburg.
