Cornell Realty Management has secured $84.25 million in construction financing G4 Capital Partners for its office and retail development at 200 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg. Upon completion, the 110,000-square-foot building will be anchored by Trader Joe’s, TRD noted.
Financing details: The 18-month loan refinances a $64 million loan provided by Madison Realty Capital in 2017. It also includes a small facility for construction, which is 90 percent complete.
Flashback: Cornell paid $33 million for the site in 2016.
