Spitzer and Related land financing for 451 Tenth Avenue

Spitzer Enterprises and Related Companies have secured $276 million in financing from M&T Bank for their Hudson Yards project at 451 Tenth Avenue. Upon completion, the 526-unit housing development will contain 126 units designated for senior housing. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2022.
Dig Deeper: The 44-story property will span 415,000 square feet, split between 268,000 square feet of residential space, 114,000 square feet of community space, and 33,000 square feet of commercial space.
