  • Compass has hired Sara Patterson, a former Walmart executive, as its chief people officer. (Inman)
  • Investors say crowdfunding platform Prodigy Network has gone quiet about its efforts to turn around faltering projects, leaving millions in investor funds hanging in the balance. The startup has so far ignored redemption requests dating back to June. (TRD)
  • CBRE’s co-working arm Hana has inked a revenue-sharing arrangement with Silverstein Properties for 85,000 SF at 3 World Trade Center.
