  • Law firm McLaughlin & Stern has renewed its 112,000 SF lease at the Sapir Organization’s 260 Madison Avenue. As part of the 12-year deal, the landlord will extensively renovate floors 15 to 22 where the firm has been since 1996. Rents in the building are in the $60s per SF. (NYPost)
  • Guidepost Solutions has also signed a 12-year lease for 18,224 square feet on part of the third flzoor at Sapir Organization’s 260 Madison Avenue. Asking rents on the deal were in the mid-$60s per SF. (CO)
  • Uncommon Schools has signed a 15-year office lease at the Rudin family’s55 Broad Street in the Financial District. The lease spans 41,884 square feet on the second and third floors. Asking rent on the deal was $48 per SF. (CO)
  • Job search website Indeed has signed a nine-year lease for 44,277 square feet on the entire ninth and tenth floors of the Durst Organization’s1155 Avenue of the Americas. Asking rent on the deal was $85 per SF. (CO)
  • Aby Rosen’s RFR Realty is gearing up to replace Wells Fargo at the Seagram Building (AKA 375 Park Avenue), which moved its last employees out of 250,000 square feet last week… Wells Fargo is paying rent through February 2021, and relocated to its half-million square-foot office condo at 30 Hudson Yards.
