Knotel has inked an 11,500 square-foot office lease at Jack Terzi’s at 8 West 28th Street in Nomad, CO first reported. The 13-year deal covers the third and fourth floors.

- A noticeable trend: Leasing activity with co-working firms has come to a halt. Landlords have essentially stopped signing significant deals after the WeWork debacle. In November, Crain’s reported that Knotel’s 800,000 square-foot office portfolio in the city is 33 percent vacant! Appetite has also changed on the part of startups (i.e. lessees) as rapid irrational growth is no longer in vogue.
