Rose Associates has acquired a Mitchell-Lama property at 4-21 27th Avenue in Astoria from Goodwill Industries for around $35 million. The firm secured a $28.5 million mortgage from the New York City Housing Development Corp to close the deal. (NYPost)

Leasing 

Chick-fil-A has inked a lease for a new location at Kevin R. Wang’s 303 West 42nd Street (AKA The Hive) in Times Square. (NYPost) 

JLL is nearly doubling its office space at 330 Madison Avenue to 165,000 square feet. Asking rent on the deal was in the $70s per square foot. (NYPost) 

Luxury Canadian brand Mackage has signed a 10-year lease for 4,500 square feet at the Safra family’s138 Spring Street. The Soho location is comprised of 2,000 square feet on the ground floor, and 2,500 square feet on the lower level. Asking rent on the deal was $433 per square foot. (CO)
