L+M is transferring a small piece of its affordable housing project in Brownsville to Dunn Development. Dunn filed plans for an 8-story, 157-unit mixed-use building with 5,400 square feet of community facility space at 401 Chester Street. The building’s apartments will consist entirely of affordable senior housing provided through the three-year-old Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors program. (TRD)
