A&E Real Estate Holdings has secured a $97.5 million loan from Deutsche Bank for its massive Rego Park portfolio. (TRD)

Citizens, a subsidiary of hospitality company SBE, is bringing a food hall to Brookfield’s 5 Manhattan West. The 40,000-square-foot eatery will include two full service restaurants, multiple bars, and a fast-casual market hall, Brookfield announced this week. (CO)

Law firm Cozen O’Connor has signed a 77,000 square-foot lease at landlord Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center. Asking rents in the building hover in the $80s and low $90s per square foot. The 15-year lease spans the entire 55th floor and a part of the 56th floor. (CO)

Advertising conglomerate, Interpublic Group of Companies, has expanded its office space at Empire State Realty Trust’s 1400 Broadway in Times Square to more than 101,647 square feet. Asking rent on the deal was $75 per square foot.

National sales firm Advantage Sales & Marketing has signed a 20,378 square foot office lease at APF Properties’ 28 West 44th Street. Asking rents in the building are around $68 per square foot. (CO)

Hugo Boss has signed a 7,000 square-foot retail lease at Aurora Capital’s 568-578 Broadway. The deal includes 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and 2,000 square feet on the lower level. Asking rent was $700 per foot for the ground and $150 per foot for the lower level. (NYPost)
