Jorge Madruga’s Maddd Equities and Eli Weiss’ Joy Construction have secured an $130 million loan from Natixis to refinance 330 East 62nd Street. The new, five-year CMBS loan replaces $86.25 million in construction financing provided by the same lender in February 2018, according to TRD.
