Northlink lands financing for 510 Driggs Avenue

Northlink Capital has secured a $72 million construction loan from Bank Leumi for its project at 510 Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg, CO first reported citing public records. The developer is an affiliate of the Rosenthal family’s Hampshire Properties.

  • Plans for six-story building… Upon completion, the mixed-use property will span 122,000 SF, which will be comprised of 44 residential units, commercial space (30,000 SF), and 111 parking spaces.
  • Flashback: Northlink paid $27.8 million for the development site in 2017.
