Jeff Sutton’s Wharton Properties has acquired 166 Berry Street in Williamsburg from Abraham Kendi for $20 million. The corner site allows for the development of 16,740 buildable square feet (as-of-right).

Worth Noting: RedSky Capital paid Thor Equities $32.25 million for a nearby development site at 124-136 North 6th Street last year. The property can accommodate a 34,500 SF retail building.
