Ken Copeland lands Refi at 360 Wythe Avenue

Ken Copeland’s Flank has secured an $84 million loan from Colony Capital to refinance its recently completed mixed-use development at 360 Wythe Avenue. The Williamsburg property contains just over 25,000 SF of retail space, 46,000 SF of office space, and around 18,500 SF of residential (28 apartments), according to CO who first reported the news.
