Financing details: The funding consists of a $334.4 million refinanced loan and $87.1 million in fresh financing, according to public records cited by TRD.
Tenants include… Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, and Bed Bath & Beyond. WeWork signed a lease for 212,400 SF of space this past May.
