Afiaa has entered into contract to acquire 158 West 27th Street from ASB Capital Management + George Comfort & Sons for $99.35 million, according to the NYPost. The Chelsea office building spans 118,766 SF, and is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. New tenants have been signing rents at around $72 per SF.
