The Manocherian Brothers have secured a $65 million loan from Bank of New York Mellon to refinance 400 East 71st Street. The residential property spans 357,785 square feet, and contains 417 apartments, a garage (36,000 square feet), plus a retail component (10,000 square feet).
Financing details: The package consolidates previous debt, including a $20 million loan provided by Santander Bank. It also includes a new $4.2 million mortgage, according to the Commercial Observer citing NYC public records.
