Meadow Partners has sold 100 South 4th Street to an undisclosed high net-worth family in Williamsburg for $61 million, TRD reported. The rental building spans 68,500 SF, and contains 73 free-market apartments.
Worth Noting: Meadow Partners also owns the commercial building abutting the rear of the property at 109 South 5th Street. The firm picked up that property in 2015.
Flashback: The seller paid $52 million to buy the asset out of bankruptcy from Israel Perlmutter and the late Menachem Stark. The seven-story building is located between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue.
