Friedland Properties and Rose Associates have secured an $110 million loan from Guardian Life Insurance Company of America to refinance 222 West 80th Street (AKA 2234 Broadway). The recently developed rental building spans 147,240 square feet, and contains 72 apartments, plus a retail component (21,000 square feet).
Financing details: The new mortgage refinances $108 million in construction financing provided by Wells Fargo in 2015. It also adds $2 million in additional leverage, according to the CO.
Worth Noting: The Upper West Side luxury building has spacious apartments with rents starting at $10,000 per month.
