Artemis Real Estate Partners has acquired a 95 percent stake in 511-541 West 25th Street from PGIM Real Estate. The deal values the three connected office buildings at $163 million, according to TRD.
Dig Deeper: The West Chelsea office complex spans a total of 194,000 square feet, and is 93 percent leased. Tenants include WeWork (60,000 square feet), Target, and BPCM.
Flashback: PGIM partnered with L&L Holding to acquire the asset in 2014 for $160 million. L&L is retaining its 5 percent stake.
