Google has acquired 450 West 15th Street (AKA the Milk Building) from Jamestown Properties for $600 million. The eight-story building is connected via a sky bridge to 75 Ninth Avenue (AKA Chelsea Market building), which is already owned by the tech giant.
Dig Deeper: The office-and-retail property spans 325,000 square feet. Google said it plans to occupy three floors of the office component, and will honor existing tenant leases, according to a company spokesman . The company continues its rapid expansion in the city.
