Glenwood has secured a $102 million Fannie Mae loan from Prudential Multifamily Mortgage to refinance 1365 York Avenue, according to city public records. The residential property spans 492,654 square feet, and contains 490 apartments, plus nine commercial units.

Worth Noting: The firm also secured a $127 million Fannie Mae loan from the same lender in March to refinance 300 East 75th Street. The Lenox Hill property spans 455,173 square feet, and contains 467 apartments. It’s located between First and Second Avenues.
