Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Blumenfeld Development Group have acquired an industrial property at 1080 Leggett Avenue in Hunts Point from Advantage Wholesale Supply for $38.5 million. The buyers plan to use the high-bay warehouse for last-mile distribution, according to TRD.
Dig Deeper: The one-story building spans 144,000 square feet, and contains a 19,000 square-foot office component. It sits on a 209,700 square-foot lot.
