Francis Leung acquires 87 Chrystie Street

Francis Leung has acquired 87 Chrystie Street from Alan Luke for $5.5 million. The Lower East Side mixed-use building spans 10,716 square feet.

Dig Deeper: The building contains 10 apartments, six of which are stabilized. The building also has one retail unit, which is occupied by Vietnamese Restaurant Pho Vietnam.

Location: The property is located between Hester and Grand Street, less than a block away from the Grand Street Subway Station, with access to the B and D trains.

Flashback: The seller acquired the property for $2.65 million in 2007.

Brokers: James Nelson and Brandon Polakoff of Avison Young represented the seller, and Chris Okada of Okada & Company represented the buyer.
