Heard on the Street: Bestreich Realty Group’s Ethan Frank tells the Daily Beat: “13-15 Christopher was a fun deal to work on because it’s such a unique building in the West Village. It has a beautiful landmarked façade and four boutique shops that give the property stunning curb appeal. Additionally, the building contains six apartments and carriage house in the back with its own porch and courtyard.
