RXR Realty has secured a $325 million loan from Aareal Bank and SL Green to refinance its FiDi office building at 61 Broadway. Aareal Bank provided a $275 million senior loan, while SL Green provided a $50 million mezzanine piece, CO reported. The property spans 790,000 square feet, and is located between Rector Street and Exchange Alley.
Flashback: RXR paid $330 million for the property in 2013. The firm subsequently recapitalized it in 2016 with $290 million in debt; a $240 senior loan million from Bank of China, and a $50 million mezz loan from SL Green.
