Med Review inks lease at 199 Water Street
Jack Resnick & Sons continues leasing momentum after renovating the building in 2014

Med Review has signed a 72,439-square-foot renewal and expansion at Jack Resnick & Sons’ One Seaport Plaza. Nonprofit iMentor also inked a 22,526-square-foot lease, according to the NYPost.
Be Smart: Asking rents on the two deals were in the high $50s to low $60s per square feet.
Worth Noting: The 1.1 million SF office building has an alternate address of 199 Water Street. Resnick has now leased 379,643 square feet in the Financial District property this year.
