SL Green acquires 106 Spring Street

Property has been mired in trouble with the co-op board

SL Green has acquired the retail co-op unit at 106 Spring Street in Soho from Kevin Chisholm’s 60 Guilders and Carlyle Group for $79.5 million. The corner retail space spans 5,936 square feet (4,880 square feet above grade)

Worth noting: SL Green paid $52 million for the retail condo across the street at 115 Spring Street 2014, which is now occupied by Adidas.
