AllianceBernstein has signed a 189,000 SF lease in Tishman Speyer’s office development at 66 Hudson Boulevard (AKA The Spiral). The 20-year lease will begin in 2025, according to a company press release.
Worth Noting: Pfizer inked a 800,000 SF lease at the Hudson Yards project after selling its East 42nd Street headquarters last year. The 65-story office building will span 2.85 million SF, and has a project cost of $3.7 billion. Construction is expected to be completed by 2022.
The backdrop: AllianceBernstein is in the process of transferring 1,050 legal, finance and marketing jobs to Nashville. After the consolidation is complete, it will maintain a smaller NYC office with 850 employees, Crain’s reported last month.
