Fifth Wall Ventures raises $468M

The massive haul puts the VC firm at the forefront of real estate tech for years to come

Fifth Wall Ventures has secured $468.1 million in capital commitments from at least 105 limited partners for its Fund II, according to an SEC filing. The venture capital firm focuses on real estate, which represents 17 percent of America’s GDP.

Worth Noting: Equity Residential, CBRE, Lennar, Macerich, Hines, Prologis, Host Hotels & Resorts, Lowe’s, and the Rudin family participated in Fifth Wall’s $212 million fund in 2017, WSJ noted. Real estate tech funding rounds won’t be slowing down any time soon!
