Reonomy is best known for providing brokers and investors with access to information about commercial properties. What started as a single prospecting web application has now evolved into a platform with a suite of different products, including enterprise data solutions.
What’s new: Reonomy ID and Entity Resolution. Reonomy’s unique identifier, the Reonomy ID, lets real estate companies map their data to a single source. With the ID as key, companies can resolve internal data inconsistency and connect their internal systems to any external data, no matter the structure. By cleansing the data, resolving inconsistencies and connecting external data, brokers and landlords are empowered to make decisions predicated on accurate information.
Worth Noting: Reonomy also provides direct feeds of their own data to enrich large enterprise datasets. This augments data coverage on existing properties or expands it to cover new assets.
Clients include… Newmark Knight Frank, CBRE, WeWork, Red Apple Group, Knotel, B6, Avison Young and Meridian.
Fundraising history: Reonomy has raised a total of $69.4 million from Sapphire Ventures, Bain Capital, and SoftBank.
