Knotel inks lease at 88 Pine Street

Knotel continues its leasing craze. The WeWork rival added one million square feet globally in the first quarter.

WeWork rival Knotel has leased 43,250 square feet of office space at Orient Overseas Associates’ 88 Pine Street. The lease covers the fourth and ninths floors in the FiDi building. 

Be Smart: Asking rent in the building averages $56 per foot. 

Worth Noting: Knotel also inked five other leases in the city, totaling around 94,000 square feet, according to CO.

Flashback: The startup raised a $70 million round last April at a valuation of $500 million. Notable Real Estate investors include: Newmark, Moinian Group, Wolfson Group, Sapir Organization and Wainbridge Capital.
