Google has added vacation rentals to its hotel booking platform, according to Skift. The tech giant is partnering with Expedia, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, and others to list short-stay apartments, cabins, villas, and houses in search results. These vacation rentals are geared toward travelers looking to settle into a new location.
Worth Noting: Google is conspicuously not including Airbnb’s listings.
The Google way: The internet giant always pilots new features and products before incorporating them… They first started testing this concept in select markets In 2017.
