Zeqe Mehmetaj has acquired 2709 Heath Avenue in the Bronx from Isaac Kassirer’s Emerald Equity Group for $7.23 million. The Fordham multifamily building spans 39,150 square feet and contains 37 residential units.
Dig Deeper: The property is located between West 193rd Street and West 225th Streets, within close proximity to the Major Deegan, and Marble Hill station (1 train) with access to Metro North.
Flashback: Emerald paid $5.5 million for the property in 2016.
