Haim Zarif has acquired 358 Knickerbocker Avenue in Brooklyn from Barbara Koppel-Kiernan for $2.425 million. The Bushwick mixed-use building spans 4,725 square feet. The property contains four free-market residential units and two ground-floor retail units.
Worth Noting: The tenants occupying the retail space are Roman’s Jewelry and J & J Threading Salon. The building sits three blocks away from the M train.
