Johnny Din’s Cycamore Capital has acquired 704 Decatur Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant from Dwight Worley for $3.1 million. The vacant mixed-use building spans 8,000 square feet, and contains six rent vacant residential units as well as two ground floor retail units.
Worth Noting: The property sits between Saratoga Avenue and Thomas S Boyland St, just four blocks from the Halsey Street Station.
