Mixed-use building spans 6,600 SF

Artlife Development has acquired 253 Bushwick Avenue in Brooklyn from Aulder Capital for $3.2 million. The Williamsburg mixed-use building spans 6,600 square feet and contains four residential units, as well as two commercial units.

Dig Deeper: The property is located between Johnson and Montrose Avenue, just one block away from the Montrose Avenue Station with access to the L train.

Flashback:  Aulder paid $2.2 million for the property in 2014.

Brokers: The deal was brokered by Michael Guttman and Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group, as well as Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Donal Flaherty, Justin Zeitchik, and Hakeem Lecky of Bestreich Realty Group.
