Bank of China moved its NYC HQ to 7 Bryant Park in 2017
JP Morgan Chase has entered into contract to acquire 410 Madison Avenue from the Bank of China for over $100 million. The seven-story property spans 58,395 square feet, and offers an additional 107,500 square feet of air rights, thanks to the Midtown East rezoning, according to Commercial Observer who first reported the news.
Writing was on the wall: The property served as Bank of China’s NYC headquarters until it moved into a 470,000 square-foot space at 7 Bryant Park in 2017. The building is located between East 48th and East 49th Streets.
