Firm acquired Hell’s Kitchen office building last year

DivcoWest has secured a $91 million loan from Citizens Bank to refinance 311 West 43rd Street. The Midtown office building spans 186,000 square feet, and includes street level retail. The new mortgage replaces previous debt from SunTrust Bank, according to the Real Deal.
Flashback: DivcoWest paid around $131 million for the building last year. WeWork occupies 63,732 square feet of office space at the property, which is located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues.
