Livly has a $10 million seed round led by Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Navitas Capital, and JLL Spark. Related Group participated as a strategic investor, according to a press release.

What they do: The residential property management platform provides an app that allows for seamless interaction between landlords, property managers, and renters. When all parties utilize such a product, there are a multitude of revenue streams, including renter’s insurance, shopping, and other hospitality needs. 

Worth Noting: Hello Alfred has raised $52.2 million in venture funding… In addition to the standard management of a property, the startup provides tenants with a dedicated assistant to provide hotel-style hospitality. With a mobile app, tenants can request that their assistant bring their clothes to the dry cleaners or restock their fridge.
