Savanna has secured a $51.3 million loan from LoanCore Capital to refinance 461 West 14th Street (AKA 70 Tenth Avenue) in Chelsea. The corner retail property spans 24,682 SF, and has nice all-glass storefronts. It’s located underneath The High Line steps away from the Chelsea Market.
Financing details: The loan replaces previous financing provided by Natixis at the time of the acquisition in 2015. It includes a $46 million senior mortgage and an additional $5.3 million loan, according to the CO.
Worth Noting: Disney Mickey Experience leases 16,000 SF of space.
