Andy Zheng has acquired 136-11 Roosevelt Avenue in Flushing from Jeff Sutton’s Wharton Properties for $8 million. The Queens retail building spans 1,906 square feet, and holds 3,932 SF of unused development rights. The deal was brokered by Robert Chattah of Sitt Ventures and Aziz Kabbaj of Sherlock.

Santander Bank has served as the property’s tenant since the start of a lease in November 2018. The property marks the bank’s first location in Flushing, and sits on the intersection of Roosevelt and Main street, benefiting from high pedestrian traffic and car counts. The property is just one block away from the 7 Train, and two blocks from the LIRR.
