Simon Baron Development Group has secured an $105 million loan from M&T Bank to refinance 393 West End Avenue. The Upper West Side rental building spans 134,200 square feet, and contains 114 apartments.
Financing details: The new mortgage replaces $70 million in previous debt on the property, according to TRD.
Flashback: Simon Baron bought out its partner Quadrum Global’s 98.7% stake in the property for $130.9 million last year. That purchase was financed with a loan from Ascend Real Estate Partners.
