Jonathan Lewis led firm provided the debt
Cheskie Weisz’s CW Realty has secured $38 million in debt from JLJ Capital to refinance 61 North 11th Street in Williamsburg. The office and retail building spans 50,000 SF, and is in the process of being leased up.
Financing details: The one-year loan refinances $21.8 million in previous debt provided by Churchill Real Estate Holdings in 2017. It also provides $16.2 million in new financing, according to the CO.
Flashback: CW Realty paid $35.5 million for the former warehouse building in 2017. The property is located between Kent and Wythe Avenues.
