The ride-sharing company joins Peloton as the second major office tenant
Lyft has agreed to lease 100,638 square feet of office space at Cove Property Group and Baupost Group’s 441 Ninth Avenue. Asking rent on the deal was in the low $90’s per SF.
Momentum: This deal comes three months after Peloton signed a 312,000 square foot lease at the nearly finished office property. The building is located between West 34th and West 35th Streets. It is now 63 percent pre-leased, according to the CO.
